These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of askbizit.com (the “Website”), operated by BizIT Consultants LLC (“BizIT”, “we”, “us”). By using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

About the Website

The Website describes our IT, web and AI services for businesses in South Florida and lets you contact us. It is for general information. Our paid services are provided only under a separate written agreement, proposal or statement of work signed or accepted by you and BizIT. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls for those services.

No professional advice and no customer relationship

Information on the Website, including content about security, compliance (such as HIPAA, PCI DSS, FERPA and the Americans with Disabilities Act), accessibility and AI, is general and educational. It is not legal, tax, medical or compliance advice, and we are not a law firm. Talk to a qualified attorney about your legal obligations.

Sending us a message, requesting a consultation, or calling us does not create a customer relationship or any obligation on either side. A customer relationship begins only when we both agree to a written proposal or agreement.

Information you send us

Please do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, payment card numbers, health information or other sensitive data through the contact form or by email. If we need that kind of information, we will agree on a secure way to send it with you first. How we handle the information you do send is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Messages are not confidential

Unless we have signed a written confidentiality agreement with you, information you send us before we have a written agreement is not treated as confidential. If you need confidentiality first, ask us for a non-disclosure agreement before you share the details.

The Website’s text, design, graphics, illustrations, logos and other content are owned by BizIT or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view the Website and share links to it. Third-party names and trademarks, such as Microsoft, Google, CompTIA and Cisco, belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the technologies and certifications we work with.

The Website links to third-party websites and cites third-party sources, including statistics and reports. We do not control those sites or sources and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices. A link or citation is not an endorsement.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep the Website accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, error-free or up to date. Descriptions of services are summaries, and the actual scope, timing and terms of any service are set out in our written agreement with you. Statements about results are not guarantees.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR FREE OF ERRORS OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

This section applies to your use of the Website and does not limit any warranty we expressly give you in a written agreement for paid services.

Limitation of liability
