AI Services
AI that fits your business, not the other way around
I help South Florida businesses use AI safely: assistants that answer from your own content, automated busywork, and clear rules for your team.
Most owners I talk to are in the same spot. Staff are already pasting customer details into free AI tools, vendors keep pitching 'AI features', and nobody has decided what is allowed or what is actually worth paying for.
BizIT starts with your real work. I look at where your people lose time, pick one or two jobs where AI helps without adding risk, and build or set those up. I also write the plain-English rules and train your staff so the tools get used the right way.
BizIT is an IT company first. That means AI gets connected to your Microsoft 365 or Google accounts, your permissions and your backups, not bolted on the side.

Problems I help businesses solve
Staff are using AI with no rules
Employees paste emails, contracts and client data into public tools. You have no policy and no idea what has left the building.
Too much hype, no clear starting point
Every vendor says AI will transform your business. You need to know which one task is worth doing first and what it will cost.
Fear of wrong answers
A chatbot that makes up prices, hours or policies in front of a customer is worse than no chatbot at all.
Customers who write in English and Spanish
Calls and messages pile up after hours, and a small team cannot answer every question in both languages.

What I do
AI Services
AI readiness review
I look at your data, accounts, permissions and daily workflows, then give you a short, ranked list of what is worth doing and what to skip.
Assistants on your own content
A website or internal assistant that answers from your documents, price lists and FAQs, and says so when it does not know.
AI workflow automation
Sort incoming email, draft replies for review, summarize documents, pull data from forms and invoices, and route it to the right person.
Microsoft Copilot and Google Gemini setup
I check permissions and sharing before turning on built-in AI so it cannot surface files your staff should not see.
Staff training
Short, hands-on sessions on what AI is good at, where it fails, and what never goes into a prompt.
Acceptable-use policy
A clear one- to two-page policy for your team, written in plain language and adjusted to your industry and client contracts.
Why BizIT
What you get working with me
Start small and prove it
I pick one job first, measure whether it helps, and only then expand. No big contracts for tools nobody uses.
Your data stays under your control
I choose tools and settings with your privacy, client and industry obligations in mind, and I explain the tradeoffs.
A person is always in the loop
Anything customer-facing or high-stakes is set up so a human reviews it, with clear limits on what the AI may say or do.

19.8%

FAQ
Common questions
Is it safe to put customer information into ChatGPT or Copilot?
It depends on the tool, the plan and the settings. Free public tools are usually the wrong place for client data. Business plans and properly configured Microsoft 365 or Google accounts give you more control. I help you decide what can be used with what, and put it in writing.
What can an AI chatbot on my website actually do?
It can answer common questions from your own content: hours, services, how to book, what to bring. I limit it to that content and set it to hand off to a person when it is unsure. It is not a replacement for your staff.
Will AI replace my employees?
I focus on the repetitive parts of the job, like sorting email, drafting first replies and entering data, so your people spend time on customers and decisions. I do not sell headcount reduction.
Do I need an AI policy for my small business?
If anyone on your team uses AI at work, yes, even a short one. It should say which tools are approved, what data must never be entered, and who reviews AI output. I am not a law firm, so for contract or regulatory questions I work alongside your attorney.
How much does it cost to get started?
It depends on scope. A readiness review and a policy are small, fixed pieces of work. Building an assistant or automation costs more and also has monthly tool fees. I give you a written scope and estimate before I start.
Can you set this up in English and Spanish?
Many assistants can answer in both languages. I test them against real questions in each language before launch, because quality varies and I want you to see it first.
