Can you move my website and email without downtime?
I plan migrations to keep disruption low by building the new setup first and switching during a quiet window. I cannot promise zero interruption, because DNS changes can take time to spread, but I prepare for it.
Do I have to be a customer for web design to use your hosting?
No. I can host a site someone else built, as long as I can access the files and any required software.
Who owns my domain?
You do. I manage it for you, and you always keep the right to move it.
Does hosting include SSL?
Yes, I set up and renew SSL certificates for the sites I host.
Can you host my business email?
Yes. I set up email at your domain and connect it to your phones and computers. If you prefer Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, I can set that up instead.
What about backups and uptime?
I will walk you through exactly what is included for your plan during the consultation. I do not make blanket uptime promises on this page.
