Common questions
Do my computers need to be replaced because of Windows 10?
Not always. Some can be upgraded to Windows 11 and some cannot, because Windows 11 has specific hardware requirements. I check each machine and tell you which to keep, upgrade or replace.
Do you sell computers or just advise?
I purchase equipment for you and set it up. I do not claim to be an authorized reseller for any brand, and I recommend what fits your needs. Ask me how a specific purchase would work.
Business laptops or consumer laptops?
Business models usually offer better support, longer availability and features like fingerprint sign-in and easier repair. Consumer models can work for light use. I help you choose by role.
Can you set up the computers before they arrive at my office?
Yes. I configure them with updates, security settings and your accounts, then deliver them ready to use, with your data moved over if needed.
What happens if a new device fails?
Warranty terms vary by brand and model, and I record them in your asset list. I help you with the claim and loan or replacement options so you are not on your own with the manufacturer.
How much does it cost?
Equipment costs depend on what you choose. I quote per engagement and show the equipment price and my setup work clearly, so you know what each part costs.
